Terms of Payment

Credit card is the ideal method of payment. If you prefer to issue a purchase order and then pay by check, please email us at Sales@AirCoastIndustraial.com for credit approval.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all continuous 48 states. Products will ship best way (freight or ground) pre-paid and add.  Any Free Shipping offers apply to the lower 48 states (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Please Allow 1-2 complete business days order processing time

Shipping Charges

Shipping Charges are listed in your cart and at checkout.  Any Free Shipping offers apply to the lower 48 states (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time can vary from a minimum of 5-7 business days (plus order processing time) to 25-30 business days (plus order processing time) depending on the product ordered.  Please contact us at Sales@AirCoastIndustrial.com for delivery time on a specific product.  Rush shipment order cut off time is 10am Arizona time

Delivery Delay Disclaimer

Please note that all delivery dates provided are estimates only.  We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Sometimes, things like weather, carrier delays, or customs checks can slow things down. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. Processing times are separate from shipping times.  Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Customer Address Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date shipping information. This includes correct street address, city, state, ZIP/postal code, and contact details. If a customer enters incorrect data, the customer may be liable for any resulting costs (e.g., return shipments, refunds, or reshipments).  If an order is placed and the shipping information is entered incorrectly, immediately send an email with the order number and the updated information to Sales@AirCoastIndustrial.com.

Claims For Freight or Ground Carrier Shortages / Damage

All products are shipped FOB Origin.  The buyer is responsible to inspect and note any damage or shortages when receiving the shipment.  Any claim for loss, breakage (obvious or concealed) is Buyer’s responsibility and should be made directly to the freight or ground carrier upon delivery. We will render buyer reasonable assistance in securing satisfactory adjustment of such claims. Any notices of shortages or other errors must be made to Sales@AirCoastIndustrial.com within 2 business days after receipt of shipment. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all claims by Buyer. Risk of loss for damages to the products sold hereunder passes to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier regardless of who pays shipping costs.

Return Policy

Most products are custom and made to order and are not returnable. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions. Products will not be eligible for return after 30 days of ship date.

If a product is deemed returnable, the customer is responsible for freight or ground shipping charges both ways, along with a 25% restocking fee.

All approved returns will be assigned a RMA # and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the RMA #. Do not return any items without an approved RMA # and instructions about where and how to return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products and issue final determination as to its condition.

Warranty Policy

All of our manufacturer’s warranty their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery and the products will operate in accordance within its applicable specifications under normal use. Dismounting and reinstallation of defective or nonconforming parts is done at Buyer’s expense. Our sole responsibility shall be limited to such repair, replacement, or repayment of the purchase price. There are no other warranties, expressed, statutory or implied, including those of merchantability, quality or fitness for purpose, nor any affirmation of fact or representation which extends beyond the description on the face hereof. 

Cancellation Policy

Most products are custom and made to order and not able to be cancelled once the order is placed; however if the order is early in the manufacturing process, there is a possibility the order can be canceled. Please contact us at Sales@AirCoastIndustrial.com with your order # and we will respond.

Combustible Dust Policy

Some applications may include processes or materials with inherent fire and explosion hazards. As a distributor of industrial air purification products, Industrial Air Purification Inc. Is neither an expert nor a certified consultant in fire, spark, explosion detection, or suppression control. Complying with applicable codes and standards and managing the risks associated with the process or materials remains the responsibility of the process owner/operator. We may provide referrals to suppliers of equipment or services related to the detection and/or mitigation of sparks, fires and/or explosions, but we do not assume responsibility for any such referrals, nor do we assume any liability for the fitness of a mitigation strategy or product for a particular installation or application.
