TERMS OF PAYMENT

Credit card is the ideal method of payment. If you prefer to issue a purchase order and then pay by check, please email us at sales@AirCoastIndustraial.com for credit approval.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to all 50 states. Products will ship best way (freight or ground) pre-paid and add.  Any Free Shipping offers apply to the lower 48 states (Excluding Alaska and Hawaii).  

CLAIMS FOR FREIGHT OR GROUND CARRIER SHORTAGES / DAMAGE

Any claim for loss, breakage (obvious or concealed) is Buyer’s responsibility and should be made to the freight or ground carrier upon delivery. We will render Buyer reasonable assistance in securing satisfactory adjustment of such claims. Any notices of shortages or other errors must be made to Sales@AirCoastIndustrial.com within 2 business days after receipt of shipment. Failure to give such notice shall constitute unqualified acceptance and a waiver of all claims by Buyer. Risk of loss for damages to the products sold hereunder passes to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier regardless of who pays shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Most products are custom and made to order and are not returnable. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions. Products will not be eligible for return after 30 days of ship date.

If a product is deemed returnable, the customer is responsible for freight or ground shipping charges both ways, along with a 25% restocking fee.

All approved returns will be assigned a RMA # and must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the RMA #. Do not return any items without an approved RMA # and instructions about where and how to return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products and issue final determination as to its condition.

WARRANTY POLICY

All of our manufacturer’s warranty their products to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery and the products will operate in accordance within its applicable specifications under normal use. Dismounting and reinstallation of defective or nonconforming parts is done at Buyer’s expense. Our sole responsibility shall be limited to such repair, replacement, or repayment of the purchase price. There are no other warranties, expressed, statutory or implied, including those of merchantability, quality or fitness for purpose, nor any affirmation of fact or representation which extends beyond the description on the face hereof. 

CANCELATION POLICY

Most products are custom and made to order; however if the order is early in the manufacturing process, there is a possibility the order can be canceled. Please contact us at Sales@AirCoastIndustrial.com with your order # and we will respond.

COMBUSTIBLE DUST POLICY

Some applications may include processes or materials with inherent fire and explosion hazards. As a distributor of industrial air purification products, Industrial Air Purification Inc. Is neither an expert nor a certified consultant in fire, spark, explosion detection, or suppression control. Complying with applicable codes and standards and managing the risks associated with the process or materials remains the responsibility of the process owner/operator. We may provide referrals to suppliers of equipment or services related to the detection and/or mitigation of sparks, fires and/or explosions, but we do not assume responsibility for any such referrals, nor do we assume any liability for the fitness of a mitigation strategy or product for a particular installation or application.

PRIVACY STATEMENTS

During the ordering process we obtain basic information in order to ship and process your order. We do not sell or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with manufacturers for shipping purposes and destination purposes of their products for warranty registration.
